Terms of Service

Welcome to TalentIDs — a character strengths assessment service available at beta.talentids.com. By accessing or using TalentIDs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service Description
TalentIDs provides a character strengths assessment rooted in positive psychology, using 24 universal strengths identified by research. Users answer a series of statements and receive a personalised ranking of their top strengths.
2. Account Registration
You may register using email and password, or via a supported sign-in method when enabled for the service: Google, Facebook Login, LinkedIn, Telegram, or Viber. We do not offer Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and messenger accounts. You must provide accurate information and you must be at least 16 years old to use this service. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional campaigns.
3. Test Results and Unlocking
After completing the test, positions 4–8 of your results are displayed for free. Positions 1–3 can be progressively unlocked via three methods: sharing your industry and profession data (unlocks the next lowest locked position on each test without work data), the referral program (each invited friend who fully completes the test unlocks one position, applied to the oldest result with locked positions), or a one-time payment (€9 unlocks all locked positions on a specific test result). Unlocked results are tied to your account.
4. Paid Services
Unlocking all locked positions on a specific test result costs €9 (or equivalent in your local currency via our payment provider). Payments are processed securely. During the beta period, paid unlocks may be offered for free at our discretion. All transactions are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, algorithms, scoring models, derived rankings, and materials on TalentIDs are the property of TalentIDs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-secret law, and other intellectual property laws. The internal methodology used to calculate and rank strengths constitutes proprietary know-how and trade secrets. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express written permission. Data exports provided under GDPR do not include proprietary algorithms or derived assessment models (GDPR Art. 15(4), Recital 63).
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' data; use automated tools or bots to access the service; interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers and Beta Status
TalentIDs is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Assessment results are for informational and self-development purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological advice.
