📖 About the Test
TalentIDs is a character strengths assessment built on positive psychology. It identifies your top 8 out of 24 universal human strengths — the qualities that make you uniquely effective and fulfilled at work and in life.
You will rate a series of statements indicating how well each describes you. The test takes about 15–20 minutes. At the end you will see your personal ranking of top 8 qualities out of 24, starting with the strongest. Positions 4–8 are always free. Positions 1–3 are progressively unlocked: by sharing your industry and profession, through the referral program (each invited friend who completes the test unlocks one position), or by a one-time payment (€9 unlocks all locked positions on a specific test result).
Knowing your strengths helps you choose meaningful work, build better relationships, and make decisions aligned with who you truly are. There are no right or wrong answers — only your honest feeling.
What can you do with your results?
After completing the test, you receive a personal verification code. You can use it for career consulting with our partners, tailored learning and development, add it to your resume so recruiters can verify your strengths, or simply share your profile with friends and colleagues.
